Any member of the public can join the April 20, 2023 meeting at the designated start time. The meeting can also be accessed by phone at: 646-558-8656 and entering Meeting ID 844 4281 2036.
Members of the public can address the Board in real time by submitting the
Public Comment Speaker Form prior to 12 noon the day of the meeting. Comments will be both live and virtual, but all speakers must sign up via the form.
Please be advised that the Board will be taking one hour of public comment during the public hearing portion at the start of the business meeting, with additional time allotted for public comment following the completion of the business agenda. Speakers will be recognized in the order they signed-up with commenters speaking to agenda items taken prior to commenters speaking on non-agenda items. Each speaker will be allotted a total of three minutes and a timer will appear on the screen. Each speaker may address the Board only once per meeting.
